Can I hold a room I do not control?
A room you do not control is still a room you can hold.
Your first recording tells you where you start.
The five levels, at a glance
Each level answers one question about how you communicate. Here is what each one covers, in order.
Level 1
Foundation: Can I be understood?
Being understood. Your words land the first time, at a pace people can keep up with, without the ums and the hedging in the way.
After it: People understand you the first time, without asking you to say it again.
Level 2
Structure: Can I be followed?
Being followed. A talk with a shape, so a listener can always tell where you are in it and where it is going.
After it: People can follow you from your first sentence to your last without getting lost.
Level 3
Story: Can I be remembered?
Being remembered. Real moments and real people instead of bullet points, so somebody can retell what you said to a person who was not there.
After it: Somebody who heard you can repeat what you said to a person who was not in the room.
Level 4
Persuasion: Can I move someone?
Moving somebody. Making a case a person can act on, and staying standing when they push back on it.
After it: You can change what somebody thinks, and hold up when they push back.
Level 5
Lead: Can I hold a room I do not control?
Holding a room you do not control. Interruptions, hard questions, a plan that falls apart, and you still land it.
After it: A room you do not control is still a room you can hold.
Cleared by practice, not by time.
Each level is cleared by practice, not by time: short takes with the AI Coach, battles against other members, turns in front of a live room, and a return recording that measures the change rather than guessing it. Every week the Path chooses your next steps from what your recordings show.
A minute on a real scenario, scored on the five axes the moment you stop.
One topic, a minute each, judged on the same five axes.
A real audience every week, in a club or online, with a note on every turn.
The same kind of take again, so the change is measured, not guessed.
Measured at every step.
Each level is measured on the same five axes every recording is: Clarity, Tonality, Structure, Energy and Intellect. How we score a speaker.
